Steps to reproduce

  1. Cause phab timezone and browser timezone to mismatch on a given account
  2. Disable said account
  3. View disabled account

this is a rather minor nit, but figured I should report it regardless.

Thanks. D16167 should hide this and the similar HTTP/HTTPS check for unapproved, disabled, unverified, etc., users, who can't act on them.
