Milestones (sprints) need a target end date

Description

Without an end date they cannot be sorted properly. The dates should also appear on the calendar.

Ideally, we should also be able to add milestones in a batch (eg. every fortnight for the next 26 weeks), but that could be a separate future feature request.

OK. I'm not sure how to describe it differently. However if being able to display milestone end dates on the calendar or organise them by date is out of scope of phabricator, please close this task.

Unfortunately, we can't move forward with feature requests that don't describe a root problem.
