Support title art for Phame blogs

Description

We have some title art now, so it would be nice to provide a way to put it on blogs.

Current art is illustration on white backgrounds, but maybe we should support fullscreen Medium-esque banner-style art too?

Is this an example of "title art" or is there something better. I seem to think there was an actual header, but maybe not.

We could do posts too, but I only have 3 arts so far, so blogs seemed easier to start with.

I feel like he should be "N + 1 Raccoon" instead of "No 1 Raccoon"
