We can use a differential.query conduit call to obtain a list of revisions given certain criteria. However, the results of that query do not contain any information about comments on those revisions (normal comments or inline comments).

If I'd like to build a report that produces statistics or details about comments on revisions in our phabricator instance, I am unsure of how else to obtain that data.

I found D2844 but it seems outdated.
