Not getting mails from phabricator

Description

Hi,

I have configured phabricator sucessfully on ubuntu 14.04.
I have taken following values in auth.email-domains

Current Value: [
  "esenseit.in",
  "esenseit.com",
  "gmail.com"
]

but when I created user,then I am not getting welcome message on emailID.
So should i need to do any setting for getting mails.
Please Let me know,
