Seeing this on a task in sb. Working on repro case:

Argument 1 passed to PhabricatorApplicationTransaction::getInterestingMoves() must be of the type array, string given, called in /Users/chad/Sites/phabricator/src/applications/transactions/storage/PhabricatorApplicationTransaction.php on line 565 and defined
