Actions are not populated when creating herald rule (Chrome v49 issue)

Description

Browser: Chrome Version 49.0.2623.87 (64-bit)
OS: Any (I've reproduced on Ubuntu and OS X)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to this page to create a new HeraldRule: https://secure.phabricator.com/herald/edit/?content_type=differential&rule_type=personal
  2. Actions are not displayed and JS error is thrown: Only JS error message is displayed on console
    pasted_file (485×892 px, 48 KB)

No problems with Firefox, Chrome Version 48.* and earlier.

I'm still able to select stuff fine and use the form, did you try the dropdown? (I do see the error in the console).

@chad False alarm, I've checked wrong link. Problem existed on Maniphest global rules but it seems it is fixed already on upstream.

I think this should be fixed in HEAD, let us know if you're still seeing it after updating. Thanks for the report!
