Our local install is on latest stable.

I recently faced a permission where a user failed to push to a repository that at first blush looked like it was all access. I realise now that all users has nothing to do with write permissions, but that wasn't obvious to me at a glance.

So we spent a while dancing about trying to check his keys / shell because it was a windows install, first time using arc etc etc. It turned out that the problem was that he hadn't been onboarded into the right group to be able to push to the repo, but this info isn't visible unless you are able to edit the repository, which on our install meant being an admin. Is there anyway to make the policy more visible?
