Cannot add/edit workboard columns in a project editable by members

Description

If the edit policy of a project is set to "Project Members", (I am a member) I cannot add or edit columns. I get permission errors.

More details:

-Create new project with you as a member.
-Set edit policy to "Project Members"
-Try to add or edit a column on the workboard.

This was fixed by 329d036 (Feb 13) which should be available in stable in about 48 hours (or you can update to master before then).
