With latest phabricator master (76ea67819f215c313ccb8b8711322313836c1814), when a user tries to edit a projects by adding milestones or subprojects, the error will be the following:

You shall not pass: Unkown Object (?????)

Reproducing it

Try to edit a project milestones/subproject with a user lacking project creation rights to see the error.
