reStructuredText is listed twice in the syntax highlighting dropdown, with values rest and rst.

Now, it seems intentional, as per https://secure.phabricator.com/diffusion/P/browse/master/src/applications/config/option/PhabricatorSyntaxHighlightingConfigOptions.php but I cannot see why, or understand which would be the correct choice of those two.
