In our env we have a 'read only' git endpoint and a r/w git endpoint. The former requires kerberos authentication and as such can't be used by phabricator. Users on the other hand should be cloning the r/w endpoint. Something like github's URL picker and/or the option to provide a "user visible endpoint" would be great
