Allow to add a comment to conduit tokens

Description

Currently, if I run arc install-certificate on several client machines, I got a pack of cli- tokens on /settings/panel/apitokens/, only "identifiable" by creation date.

It would be interesting to allow to add a comment to such token, to allow to identify the correct one and terminate the right one if a machine is lost or not used anymore.

That would offer a comfort similar of the SSH keys, which contains an arbitrary comment field, by default username@host.

@chad thanks for the clarification, I indeed mangled these authentication tokens with the Tokens application.

I would say that would be an intriguing feature request.
