If so, do you use your own server or YubiCloud? And OTP or challenge mode?

Base on feedback, I will be able - if there is any interest for that- to provide a YubiKey auth feature.

I do ;) I even code an abstraction in PHP to handle authentication from a server (https://github.com/mlpo/YubicoAuth).
