How to reorder Revision Update History in Differential

Hello,
I have created a Differential active revision, buit I have submitted a wrong second commit using arcanist pointing to a wrong merge-base.
Is there any way to reorder of cancel only a single Diff in the revision history?

No.

You need to submit a correct 3rd diff, which will become the active diff.
