How to remove owner packages?

We've got a couple of packages we use for codereviewing.

For example: AppX has owners John Doe and Jane Doe.
If a commit for AppX has been made, either John Doe or Jane Doe needs to do a review, because they both are owners of the AppX package.
This works like a charm.

Now Jane Doe is no longer an owner, John Doe is the sole owner.
So the owner package no longer makes sense. Because this means John Doe does his own reviews. And this does not work properly.
As in, John Doe can not accept his own code review.

The best solution would be to delete the owner package, but I can not find this option.

Can anyone help me out here?

Setting the status to archived should be sufficient. If you really need something nuked from Phabricator, you need to use bin/remove destroy PHID-XXXX
