Ok, I know the question is really vague but the problem is I don't even know what is exactly the problem. I am new at Phabricator and I just set up at my computer for some try out. After installation it started with configuration and when I started to do Setup Issues it kept giving me exceptions. E.g. I installed pygments and tried to enable it at Config - Config - Syntax Highlighting -pygments.enabled but after I choose Use Pigments as Database value and Save Config Entry:
it says:
Unhandled Exception ("AphrontQueryException")
#1467: Failed to read auto-increment value from storage engine

Also even I checked and started Daemons, still "Phabricator Daemons Are Not Running" issue doesn't get lost. Sorry if my question is at wrong place or is in wrong format.
