Both of those options are locked in the UI. "This configuration is locked and can not be edited from the web interface. Use ./bin/config in phabricator/ to edit it." I know the basic syntax is phabricator/ $ ./bin/config set <key> <value>, is it just a case of

phabricator/ $ ./bin/config set phabricator.base-uri <my_new_domain>

phabricator/ $ ./bin/config set phabricator.allowed-uris <my_original_domain>

If that's correct and i make the change with scripts that currently reference <my_original_domain> still function normally (assuming DNS still configured correctly)?
