Summary

I'm not sure what this "draft" documentation is exactly, but the lines are too long and it saddens me deeply. Let's just delete them for now... if they are needed at a later date then we can dig them out of version control.

These are very old articles I wrote at Facebook that vaguely apply to Phabricator stuff, which I sort of intended to update eventually. If you prefer, you can just delete them and I'll dig them out of version control if we ever need them.
