Let's just get rid of this? I don't think it's too useful anymore. I'm going to drop most of the "describe problems" stuff for paid support and restructure it more as "here are some useful guidelines about how you can get answers most quickly", but basically expect that no one will actually do them still and my first reply will always be "Can you step back and tell me a little more about the problem you're facing?", we'll just be getting paid for it.
