Ref T12566. When we reconnect, refresh the current thread even if we replayed notifications.

Test Plan
  • Clicked the "Repaint" button, saw the thread refresh.
  • Clicked the "Reconnect" button, saw the thread reresh.
  • Launched aphlict debug, killed it, restarted it, saw the thread refresh after reconnect.
