This diff file was uploaded to Differential in https://secure.phabricator.com in response to @chad's request in this bug report T6810: Inline comments is only partially working in an imported SVN repo.
The problem cannot be reproduced in https://secure.phabricator.com. In fact, I tried uploading the diff to Differential in my own server, inline comments also work there.
It is just not working in Audit.
p.s. I created the diff by using **Download Raw Diff" in a commit in Audit.
