This is a high level outline of some of our near-term plans for Phabricator. It lists things we plan to build in the coming months. Calendar ===== We plan to unprototype calendar and implement ICS and Google API support. - {T7924} - {T10747} - {T2334} Arcanist and Packages ===== We plan to make a major update to Arcanist focused on improving the usability of workflows related to `arc diff` and supporting package management for distributing and updating extensions. - {T6072} - {T5055} Nuance ===== Planning for this roadmap item is tentative. We plan to build an alpha version of Nuance with a connector to GitHub. Nuance is a high volume human intelligence queue tool for handling things like support queues. - {T8783} - {T10538} Diffusion: Forking ============== We plan to support repository forking and related workflows to ease onboarding of new users familiar with GitHub: - {T10691} - {T5000} Private Clusters ============ We plan to implement support for private clusters for Phacility hosting customers. - {T11230} Conpherence v4 ============= Planning for this roadmap item is tentative. We plan to do an iteration on Conpherence, primarily to improve the UI/UX. - {T10364} Release the Prototypes ============== We have a few prototypes that only need a little more work to release. We'll finish these up and release them as we find time: - **Phurl**, a URL shortener ({T6049}). - **Badges**, which lets you give users annotations and awards ({T6526}). - Also, **Tokens** is likely to become modular in the relatively near future ({T11217}).

Since late 2017, Phabricator's roadmap is completely driven by requests from paying customers through ((pacts)). Effectively, we now auction the roadmap to the highest bidder. Since customer needs change rapidly, the roadmap also changes too rapidly to make maintaining a dedicated roadmap document useful.
