During a Differential review with a large list of files with deferred loading, loading each file requires clicking on its `Load File` button with a mouse. There are keyboard shortcuts to jump to next file, and to toggle expand/collapse on its loaded contents, but not one for actually loading it. Adding a keyboard shortcut for `Load File` would help users with RSI/Carpal Tunnel when going through reviews with lots of deferred-load files. Current keyboard shortcuts: {F1019773}
