Change Details

When viewing a user/project report, I'd like to be able to click on any entry in the table and be taken to that list of tasks.

Similar to the 'Recently Closed' column, I think all numbers in the Maniphest Report should be clickable, allowing the user to drill down and see that set of tasks.
