I thought that this used to produce a nice error dialog, but I could be wrong. If I go to {nav Applications > Conduit} and click on the greyed out "Edit Policies" link, then I get a 403 in the error console: ``` POST https://secure.phabricator.com/applications/edit/PhabricatorConduitApplication/ 403 (OK) ```

It seems that clicking a greyed out button has no effect and produces no error dialog. I thought that this used to produce a nice error dialog, but I could be wrong about this.
