Development Notes (2016 Week 9)
Almanac moved toward release.
This is a companion to the 2016 Week 9 (Very Late February) Changelog.
Work this week focused on getting Almanac ready to unprototype, primarily so that Phacility customers in the cluster can use Harbormaster and Drydock to do "bring your own hardware" builds without needing an external build system like Jenkins. This is discussed in more depth in T10246.
