Hopefully the grab makes it easier to understand!

Phabricator is currently being used as the main task manager in my organisation, but additionally we have customers sign up for phab if they want to watch the development (some do, some don't) - I was curious to see if it is possible to disable the notification emails by default so people won't individually have to edit their preferences.

I currently use Phabricator to keep track of website projects, whereby each project is a separate website (I haven't really come across a better alt).
