If anyone's following along here I figured out circleci support for phabricator and posted some of the details at https://discuss.circleci.com/t/compatibility-with-phabricator/183/8 A big issue for us, that I think could be an issue for other people, is that our phabricator instance is firewalled from the rest of the world so while phabricator can post out, circle cannot post in. To resolve this, I used AWS SQS as a message proxy in the middle.
