I assume you made a revision via arc diff what the user andy. What repository is this revision against at this time? If andy was ?>able to make it against CODEV via arc diff I think that's a policy bug, since andy can't see that repository.

Thank you @wokuku I haven't had the time to find out what was going. But I followed your suggestion and it is actually that what I also noticed is that in the branches screenshot there are several branches for default when in reality there should only be one.

Your right. I should have done an upgrade before anything else.
That patch solves the issue.

We had no herald rules it was a clean start.

The issue is not to import the commits into phabricator. But when the workers start to parse the commits for "whatever". If you go to the deamons task list is everything fine ?
