I didn't find any documentation for Paste at https://secure.phabricator.com/diviner/ and you seem to have been the main developer for it: Is it possible to use pastebinit (https://launchpad.net/pastebinit/) with it, i. e. is it possible to create a paste anonymously without the web UI?
