Allow Comments at Fund

Description

The problem with Fund at the moment is, that users can just add themselves as CC, or back a initiative. It would be better, if they can comment so they can say:

  • Why they back / why they don't
  • If there are important question, they can ask
  • I know that tokens can say a lot, but a comment can describe the view of a user better
