When assigning tasks to an individual, it is not always easy to tell how loaded they are, and specifically how loaded they are vs. others. It would be good to have a page that I can bring up and see the resource load of people to be better able to assign work, or make decisions about bringing on new work and who will do it.

I know that there is some work going on to improve projects. Along with that work, if tasks can be assigned to sprint sub projects, and if those sprints have start dates, and the tasks have an estimated amount of work to achieve, it should be possible to produce a report page that shows the basic work load of all people together over the coming months. If the data is there, then the reports can be produced, which will give a better vision into the workload of all the team members making it easier to make good resource decisions.
