Option to show Real Name instead of username

Description

I've received feedback from some members of my team that they find real names easier to read than usernames. I'd be helpful for them if there were a way to configure Phabricator to show real names by default, rather than usernames.

Oh, sorry, T2950 was itself merged into T3167. Upshot is that we don't plan to change this in the upstream. See also T8227. I think there's a patch on one of those tasks to hack this in locally, but it will be messy/incomplete.

We have no current plans to implement this as an option (see T8227). T8980 covers making hovercards trigger in more places, which should cover most reasons for wanting this feature. Overall we have pretty strong feedback that username is preferred with the majority of installs.
