As the title says it. It seems that

arc tasks --unassigned

displays more than just unassigned tasks. On my installation I can see open tasks which are assigned to users in the output.

Maybe a regression was introduced since rPe434edc4558a0b84a4dc8087d51e71704d9f7b94, where it apparently worked.
