When we receive a mail because of a change in a manifest task there is a special header in the mail to tell us for what project the task is X-Phabricator-Projects: <#YYY>, <#XXX> but there is nothing like that when we received mail because of a new commit.

We should probably add a header like: X-Phabricator-Repository: <repository-name> and also the header about the projects.
