Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make a new poll.
  2. Set "Public (No Login Required)" under "Visible To".
  3. Log out.
  4. Try to view the poll with http(s)://phabricator.example.org/Vnnn.

Reproduced on stable revision: rP875a99524f8bcb72ace6122b6deae9f7df18e10f
