Project list hashtag filtering

Description

If this was possible, only projects related to the hash-tag specified could be displayed.
This is useful for organizing higher numbers of projects, when a there is a group of related projects they would share common hash tags.

Project hashtags are unique, so only one project is ever related to a given hashtag.

You can jump to the project which owns a hashtag by searching for the hashtag in global search.
