"Highlight as" crashes Chrome on mobile devices

Description

On my mobile device (Nexus 5 running Android 5.1.1) choosing "Highlight as" any language seems to cause Chrome to crash:

The same thing happens when trying to select a different encoding.

I can't reproduce this on any Android or iOS version of Chrome I have. Page loads instantly.
