"Blocking Tasks" provides no hints about what's blocked

Description

When adding a blocking task, it's unclear whether or not to go to the child task's or the parent task's "Blocking Tasks" list. This could probably be fixed by replacing the "Current Blocking Tasks" language with something like "Tasks that must be completed before this one".

Haha, I think it's reasonable to fix this / make it more clear, just would prefer to clean it up all at once. Feel free to drop suggestions in T4788

Yeah, I get it. I didn't mean to re-open it, that was just a side effect of me modifying the description at the same time as you'd closed it. My "open" state must have overwritten yours.
