Description

Attempting to visit https://admin.phacility.com/instances/view/.../members/ results in:

Unhandled Exception ("Exception")
SearchEngines must render a "PhabricatorApplicationSearchResultView" object, but this engine (of class "InstancesMemberSearchEngine") rendered something else.

This was fixed in master, I just missed promoting it to stable since the release schedule has been out of whack recently. Should be fixed now.
