Add upstream Diviner and Phriction content to Phabricator default install

Description

There are some valuable docs at Diviner and Phriction. It would be great, if the most valuable "getting started" ones would be shipped with Phabricator default Database, so every instance has it's local docs available without external resources.

We aren't going to ship with the Phriction content.

You can generate the Diviner content locally with:

phabricator/ $ ./bin/diviner generate
