Description

To reproduce:

  1. Go to https://secure.phabricator.com/maniphest/task/create/
  2. Type stuff in form
  3. Open notification menu ("bell" icon)
  4. Click "Mark all as read"

-> Task form has been reset

Actually the same problem if you are looking at the result of a query in Maniphest, so it's a generic problem.
