Heard this from users (although I'm not at work at the moment so I can't confirm). Basically the reported issue is that every time they run arc diff it's pushing the entire repository history to the staging repository, even when the repository should already have 99% of commits. I don't know whether this is some weird behaviour caused by the staging repository not having HEAD / master, but this certainly isn't how I'd expect Git to be behaving.
