I run arch linux and found that basic arc commands like "arc list" and "arc diff" weren't working. I spent a while tracing this and narrowed it down to the curl upgrade on my box. Older versions of curl (7.42.1) seem to work fine. This might not be something that Arcanist can fix (or care about), but I figured a note here might help.
