Popup menu on Mobile UI is not positioned to read fully

I navigated to see a Diff of recent changes to the roadmap and noticed that the popup menu doesn't position itself to be fully visible.

I wasn't sure whether this should be reported on T8549 or not - may or may not be related to the 2015 UI Redesign, and wasn't sure if it categorizes as feedback.
