Submit button hidden on mobile version of Wikipedia

Description

This is my first phabricator report, so bear with me please. I am using an iPhone 5 operated on iOS 8.3 with Safari. After the recent changes to the mobile version of Wikipedia, I recognized another bug. I am currently using iPhone 5 operated by iOS 8.3 on Safari. Whenever I edit an article or any other namespace, I am unable to submit the edit because the submit/next button is hidden under the URL bar. I am unable to retrieve the button and am forced to abandon my edit to edit using the desktop version instead. I've included screenshots of my phone to explain the bug. I have not tried to check if the bug only occurs on Safari. Would somebody mind doing that test for me please?
