I'm currently seeing only some of the notifications I should be seeing:

This doesn't seem to be related to GC'ing them, because the rows are still in the database.

This also doesn't seem to be related to feed itself, since /feed/ works fine.

I can't reproduce this locally, either.

This seems to have resolved itself (after I pushed?) so I now have zero repros. Assuming I am just insane.
