Description

Feedback from our users:

it would be nice if Phabricator made the dates more clear
there's no date where my eyes start searching
it seems to be considered unimportant
it's not until halfway down the page on the right side do I find a date
for example: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D2423
compare to https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=191144
there's a date on the *first line*
and more dates just barely below it

Generally speaking, just cut and pasting "from one of our users" feedback is likely going to be difficult for us to take action on. Making sure we understand the core problem is important for us, but going on fishing expeditions to get that information is not.
