Include a "reason field" when renaming a task

Description

Most of the objects include an optional field when changing the content.
Exemple :

  • when we move a wiki page

But when renomming a task it is not possible to justify the reasons. Is it by design ?

Wiki pages don't have timelines or comment boxes, all other object typically do. If you make an edit and wish to explain it, please use the comment box.
